Which payment methods do you accept?

We have recently started accepting Credit/Debit Card as well as Apple/Google Pay. This can now be selected at checkout. Please see the “How to Pay” section of our website if you need any help with this. Your purchase is converted into USDC which then reaches us, maintaining privacy for both parties.
You can also check out directly with Revolut if you have a Revolut account. This can be selected at checkout.
We recommend using Bitcoin, as it is secure and anonymous, protecting the identity of us and our customers. This is required due to the nature of our products. If you do not know how to purchase Bitcoin, please see the “How to Pay” section of our website for instructions. Our Bitcoin transactions are processed automatically through Blockonomics. Why do you use cryptocurrency?
We use cryptocurrency to maintain privacy and anonymity for both our customers and ourselves. Unlike traditional payment methods, crypto transactions don’t go through banks or third parties, meaning there’s no personal information attached to payments. This is necessary due to the nature of our products, and ensures complete discretion for your purchase.
When making a purchase through Credit/Debit Card, your payment is automatically converted into cryptocurrency before it reaches us, providing the same benefits as listed above.
How long does it take for my payment to be confirmed?
Payments usually take between 10-30 minutes to confirm, depending on network congestion. You will receive an order confirmation email once the payment is verified.
What happens if I send the wrong amount in Bitcoin?
If you send too little, your order may not be processed. If you send too much, you can contact support at [email protected]. Please make sure to send the exact amount shown in your order total.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We ship locally using AusPost Express. After confirming your order, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping takes between 4-6 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
All of our shipments are tracked using AusPost. Keep an eye on your emails after your order has been confirmed, and you will receive an AusPost tracking number.
Where do you ship from?
We ship locally from NSW, Australia. Your package does not go through customs.
Is packaging discreet?
All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging with neutral product labels. There is no information about the products on the package.

Do I need a prescription to order any products?
No, a prescription is not required to purchase any of our products. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are complying with all local laws and regulations regarding research compounds in your area.
